At our company, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations or may be defective in some way. While we do not offer refunds for all returned items, only certain instrument/device can be refund . We are happy to allow for an exchange of the item with another one that meets your needs.
To be eligible for an item exchange, the following criteria must be met:
1. The item must be returned within 5 working days from the ship date stated in invoice, otherwise will be considered as delivery goods completed.
2. The item must be in new condition, with all original packaging and tags.
3. Proof of purchase must be provided.
4. The item must not have been used, washed, modification or damaged in any way.
5. Goods for return or exchange shall be made within 5 working days from the date of invoice and a 25% of restocking fee will be imposed, excluding defect/wrong items from our site.
6. Any government purchaser/tender provider MUST sign our acknowledgment and agreement letter as per our product offer according simple quotation given .
If these criteria are met, we will gladly exchange your item for another one of equal or lesser value. If you choose an item of greater value, the price difference must be paid in full. If the item being exchanged is no longer in stock, we will provide a new item of equal value.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are on clearance or final sale.
